Skipper loves his ice cream. So much so that he powers through the brain freeze just so he can keep eating more. It builds up and builds up until finally, when he runs out of ice cream, he gets mega-ultra-turbo brainfreeze.
Which is why he eats it in bulk. So he won't run out so easily. It's a good plan.
