In an alternate world, Alyna convinced Kyn to move into the forest where she lived, rather than moving to the city. Life changed for the once city girl since, adapting to the wold ways of the wild, shedding her modern shell for a simple life. Or at least, that's what she believed would happen.

A year after she left her life in the modern world, Kyn lived off the land, adopting the art of archery, wearing as little as possible instead opting for some revealing loin cloth Alyna's people provided. She discovered a type of tree who's wood could conduct electricity, and after meditating with some mage folk, learned to harness her tail's natural electricity and channel it through her body and towards her bow and arrow. She developed methods of stunning and trapping prey, as well as preventing lesser desired folk from destroying her new home. She, along side Alyna, became protectors of the forest, a title Kyn took to heart.

Alyna, for her part, saw the change in her friend, and while at first she was afraid that she might be taking this a bit too far or that she was loosing who she was for a different persona, she was eventually convinced to let things take its course after Kyn managed to vend her village from a bunch of raiders. Since then, and seeing the potential in her friend, she began to focus on potion making and healing medicines, using them to tend to the sick, Kyn's wounds, or as bait for food. Alyna soon honed her craft and began delving into more advanced potions like vitality and energy boosting. Potions she now brings around with her when on patrol with Kyn.

To this day, the forests that Kyn and Alyna watch have remained safe, even if the world outside their borders became more advanced and wild. The girls have become so efficient that they even became legends among city folk, and a warning to those who dare destroy nature's beauty.
