You find a dragon basking out within a wall court, the sun beaming down and giving a pleasant feeling to the view, the weather clear and dry. It all quiet besides the wriggling snacks within the chonky blue's rear, soft sloshes and squirms, an almost squeaking noise as those that filled his cheeks wriggled all the more.

The dragon smirking warmly at you, a signpost with the writing 'Push in' with an arrow pointing towards those buns and a small picture of cheeks and tail. On your way into the courtyard you noticed an empty vial, maybe that explains how the current occupants got absorbed into the dragons rear, who is now gesturing you to push into his hungry absorping rear. Will you take up such an offer and feel the luxurious softness...or help stuff his rear?
