This is very much their reaction if they saw this artwork Commission. The two would be very confused and express it in their own ways. Sirius laughing and trying to hold it in but he's having bad luck and Shatter flipping out completely and really shocked at the image.

And no, I'm not against this Commission at all, I had fun doing it but my point of that picture is, it's not at all canon to my MLP AU/Future storyline and in my verse, Twilight never had foals because she didn't think about it. Also, these two ponies are really hard to get along with. Sirius's personality is like how Twilight was before making friends and Sunset Shimmer's old personality and Shatter is very manipulative and will use other ponies to get what she wants, she's also very impatient and will snap, she's not genuine at all, she's a liar. I draw this stuff for fun and it's doesn't always have to do with the storyline at all.
