Surprise hugs from behind from your boss are part of the contract.
So yeah.
Though I'm more of a Spyro and Nestor guy, if I had to choose another, the second person I'd ship my Adult Spyro with would be Gavin. One thing though about my Gavin is that he's always excited, and tends to speak incredibly quickly to the point that some people couldn't make heads or tails of what he's saying.
He speaks in 1.75 youtube speed. (2:20) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1h4.....Wx0&t=152s
Spyro would be a hired barista that would work in his shop.

“Hmm… I think that’s going to be it for today.”
Spyro looked at the time; six-thirty, closing time.
The former-butler-now-barista walked over to the sign on the window and flipped it to the “closed” side, breathing a little sigh of relief.
Not that dealing with so many people was out of the ordinary for him, but it was his first day on the job, and was glad it was finally over.
Being the new guy and all meant that he had several people try to come out of their way to talk to him, despite being on the job. Not that he was against this, but he probably should have known that being at a cafe, that there would be more than a few people that would be there, and being the tiny dragon in this world of larger dragons was more than enough to peak the interest of just about everyone.
To say he was exhausted would be an understatement.
Being a butler, working hard wasn't new to him, but he would be lying if he said the attention wasn't a little overwhelming, and sassing off people that annoyed him wasn't exactly an option.
His boss was in the back, getting supplies ready for tomorrow, while he was at the register, counting the till.
It had only been a couple days since he had arrived in this world of dragons.
Though he was worried about Jakob, Corrin, and company, he was more worried about that fact that he had been separated from the group right before the final battle.
Here he was working in a cafe while they were out fighting for their lives.
He sighed again, closing the register.
Of course, Spyro knew that they would be more than fine without him, but he was just so confused as to how he arrived in this peaceful world of dragons when they were jumping between worlds.
“I just hope they don’t waste too much time looking for me…”
The last thing he wanted to be was a distraction.
There wasn’t much he could do.
His thoughts were interrupted when he felt two giant arms grab him from behind and lift him into the air.
“Man, that was quite a fun day! Not that I’m incapable of doing things on my own, but man things went way smoother at the shop with an extra pair of hands around~”
That came from his new boss, Gavin, who was the owner of the cafe he was working at.
“You did great, kid! You sure know how to make a mean cup o’ joe~” The larger dragon stated, squeezing Spyro and making him blush a little. “Where’d you learn? It's not often I have someone make a cup as good as mine, you sure know your stuff! We made a killing today as well, never had I had so many customers in the place at once! Must be pretty awesome being the center of attention, huh?”
The smaller dragon needed a second to catch his breath before being able to even answer.
“You know, I’d actually like to know more about you in general, kid.” He continued, this time taking Spyro’s hand as he led him out of the shop and locking up. “Wanna head to my place for dinner? I've been needing to practice making more culinary dishes, and you being there would really help, plus I need to thank you for all your hard work today!”
If the purple dragon wasn’t blushing, he was now from the fact that he was already asked on a date.
“And you know, now that I think of it, if you’re gonna be working for me, why don’t you just stay at my place? No need to be at that hotel, and makes paying ya and rent much easier to deal with, and-.”
“Uh, can you speak a tad slower please?” Spyro weakly interrupted, needing a breath.
Yeah, Gavin was a nice guy and a decent boss, but Spyro noticed that he tended to speak incredibly quickly, and was pretty excited all the time.
Or maybe it was all the coffee...
