With all the Olympic news and such going on, I felt inspired to try a little ice skating pic. Tried a few different things in this one, some worked, others not so much, but overall pleased with the pic. Scanner didn't quite pick up all the details, but hoping to get a new scanner here in a few months. :)

Short version: a unique species called a starpanthress. As for more detailed, a pantherlike creature with magical abilities that stem from the star which can be anywhere on the body. The star itself changes color with strong emotions, and can transmit those thoughts to others on touch to the star. Was a concept I created like.. ergh, 16 years ago? Wow do I feel old now :)
