This is Taro, Mui's boy friend.
Originally he was supposed to be a bull but horade suggested him to be cat because it's obvious.
Cats love milk!
Anyways here's his backstory:
Taro is a black cat that became a new student at Mui's school.
His birthtown is Maneko City with only populated cats.
He has no parents. (Originally, he lives with his dad, but I changed it anyway.)
He can be sometimes a pervert.
He knows tiger style kung-fu.
That's all I got! You'll see more of him in the future!
Enjoy!

I got an idea:
Born on August 3rd in the Year of the Tiger, Taro is an eager and energetic black cat who studies Tiger-Style Kung-Fu with dreams of making it into his own style of "Black Cat-Style Kung-Fu". He becomes a new student at Mui's school in Bamboo Grove Town after transferring from Maneko City, a large bustling Metropolis of all feline residents. (There are a few non-felines there, but they mostly commute there from out of town for work. The city is very much tailored to a feline population.)
While he may look like a pretty boy with his cute face and modest build, Taro is actually quite the Otaku. He regularly reads Shonen manga and loves stories about ninjas, martial artists, giant robots, and heroes. He loves to talk about how cool certain moves are, and has a belief that coolness in a fighting technique is just as important as effectiveness. As gregarious as he is, he also has some quiet time practicing his martial arts and building giant robot models.
Taro knows full well that he's handsome and looks good and uses it whenever possible to flirt with girls. Things usually go smooth until he tries asking something perverted, such as if he can see a girl's panties. He quickly makes friends with Mui since he finds her gourgeous and that even when he says something oddly perverted, she doesn't seem to mind. This is because Mui hasn't had someone come to her and be social with her ever since the incident 9 years ago.
Taro soon realizes that befriending Mui is a social faux paus in Bamboo Grove since many dislike Mui. However, Taro can't imagine a sweet girl like Mui causing any trouble, and despite warnings from other classmates and students, Taro continues to try and be friends with Mui. The person who disapproves of this friendship the most is Hibiki, the half-Vampire Bat half-Fruit Bat. Hibiki doesn't really like Taro, especially after he asked her if she could show him her panties, but wants to steal Taro away from Mui just to spite her.
Taro, being the guy that he is, isn't about to hurt a girl's feelings. He's very loyal to people, and will fight tooth and claw for them if necessary. When the destiny behind Mui comes to light, Taro is more than happy to go along with her and be by her side no matter what comes their way.
However, Taro also has a destiny of his own that, unlike Mui, he is fully aware of.
Taro belongs to a long family of martial arts felines known as "The White Tigers". Their patron deity is Byakko, The White Tiger of the West. Their enemies have been aquatic anthros that call themselves "The Azure Dragons", and they wield the banner of their patron deity, Seiryu. These two families have been at war with each other for centuries. One day, a gang of Azure Dragons break into Taro's home and murder his parents in cold blood. The leader of this gang went by the name "Ryu-Oh" (King of Dragons).
Raised by his older brother, Taro grew up practicing martial arts with the intent of finding and defeating Ryu-Oh. However, his older brother didn't want Taro to grow up on hate and revenge, and did his best to give Taro a happy childhood. He wanted Taro to fight not out of hate and revenge, but out of a sense of justice and responsibility. He helped Taro realize that it was more important to grow up and be strong for the sake of helping and protecting others, and not for hate and revenge.
It is because of this that Taro tends to be rather happy-go-lucky and childish sometimes. This masks the sadness and pain he feels from losing his parents. However, his desire to help and protect his friends knows no limits, and is willing to sacrifice himself if need be to protect those he cares about. It is this loyalty and drive that inspires him to protect Mui and go with her.
Still, on their journeys and adventures, Taro might have to come face to face with the man who killed his parents: Ryu-Oh. Taro can only hope that he will be strong enough to defeat him should they meet again. Taro's strength is actually quite impressive as he is the only other person in Bamboo Grove that can pick up Mui.
Moves: Coming Soon.
