Hibiki, Mui's school rival.
Info:
Hibiki is part vampire and part fruit bat.
She has the ability to do what bats do, but also has hypnotic lullaby and cast nightmare spell on sleeping victims.
She'll get away from taking any new student guy from Mui.
EDIT: Just fixed her design by looking at google images of bats.
BTW, Hibiki means "Echo" in japanese.

Hibiki Moves List:
Since Hibiki's not one for strength, her attacks are mostly spells and magic that she is able to cast. Unlike techniques that are powered by Chi, these spells are done through harnessing the power of the spirit of nature. Here are some of my ideas:
White Noise Lullaby: This spell is performed by quietly muttering a mantra again and again. The words have to be said so softly that to the average listener, they sound like a faint ringing in their ears. The longer a person listens to it, the more tired they get until they eventually fall asleep.
Echo Blast: This wind spell vibrates the air right in front of the caster's mouth so that when they scream, the sound is amplified to become an incredible blast. It's said to be so powerful, that it can shatter rock. This spell can't be cast repeatedly, however, as overuse can damage vocal chords.
Sweet Hypnotic Nothing: A difficult spell that requires the ability to chant a mantra under one's breath while speaking. This spell makes the caster's words powerfully suggesting to the point of commanding. While it's most effective on the opposite sex, advanced casters can make it work just as effectively on their own gender.
Wing Whip: Another wind spell that focuses wind currents into a rapidly spinning ball in front of the caster's wings. By flapping their wings, the caster is capable of shoot out powerful gusts of wind that can send opponents flying. These gusts are also powerful enough to leave small cuts on an opponents body.
Wing Tornado: A more advanced version of the Wing Whip. When the casters wings flap, the wind currents are powerful enough to create a small tornado that they can control. This tornado revolves fast enough to send opponents flying straight up into the air if they should be caught in it.
