Green-grey back, tail, chest, head and wings.
White belly, underside of tail, small patch under beak, and the Alula is white as well.
Irregular Terra-cotta tertiary markings on sides of head(distinct for each bird in shape and size), secondaries and very tip of the tail.
Eats nuts, fruits and vegetables, roots, tubers, seeds, grains and other plant parts, as well as vertebrates, insects and fish, though the fish it eats are not caught but found recently deceased. It is considered a destructive agricultural pest, but is protected.
Found in Europe, migrates to NE Africa. Introduced to United States and Canada. Migrates to southern Mexico, and The Caribbean. Rarely seen in northern South America, Ethiopia and Kenya.
About 6,000 believed to exist in the wild with numbers declining.
Overall feral build is similar to a vulture or parrot.
Feet have 3 front facing talons, one rear, and one dewclaw on outside side.
Has a headcrest with very tip in white, then orange.
