Well, now I'm listening to Mandlebrot Set by Jonathan Coulton. I'm not sure how I missed just how obvious the setup for it is on page 1, haha. Should I assume we get to see the finished fractal on Page 4?

Actually, I realized a while after posting that the "double the angle, square the distance" that's being done is actually squaring complex numbers, so this really is just z^2+c. Since Mandle always starts at the center, this really is just going to be a Mandlebrot set, but I like the colors chosen for the Cauliflowers, so I'll be interested to see the final product!

I went looking for the song after reading the comic. Jonathan Coulton was my absolute favorite musician for a while, and I still love his songs.
