This was a birthday present for my great friend 
Simo-the-Skunk :D
He had lived in Baltimore for many many years and only moved recently, so I decided to draw him as one of the Lords Baltimore of ye olde colonial Maryland :D He's holding a paddle to spank any unruly commoners, especially foxes :P
