Meeting the Great White Dragon
Did this story as a little surprise for
. Got inspired by one of his characters and then this story happened.

Blanco aka 'The Great White Dragon' ©
It was nighttime and Diego and Shoji were having a late dinner. Diego was eating his body weight in food and Shoji was no rookie about it either.
"I don't know how you manage to eat so much and still have room for more." Shoji said
"I've always been a big eater. It's also thanks to you cooking so much." He chuckled
Later on that night, the two of them were sitting on the couch relaxing after their feast.
(groans in satisfaction)
"Haven't heard you groan like that in a long time." Diego laughed
"I may not be a big eater like you, but I try my best to keep up with you."
(both laugh)
"You know, we both have big appetites," Shoji spoke. "Imagine how big it would be if we were fused together."
"Really?" Diego said with a surprised tone.
"Yeah."
"That's a crazy thought if I ever heard one."
"Maybe, but I for one wouldn't be against it. Some people have said we're connected at the hip."
"(chuckles) That little bit is true."
"You know what else would be crazy? Meeting a great white dragon. Some people say that there are rumors regarding the big cave just outside of town. They say a white dragon the size of a building lives in it."
"That does sound crazy. But you know, I would like to meet a dragon."
"(chuckles) Wow, I never thought I'd hear you say that."
Soon, the feline and canine fell asleep on the couch together. Soon, morning came and Shoji opened his eyes.
(sleepy groans)
"Morning... already? (yawns)"
Shoji then tried to stretch, but something felt off.
"Huh? This feels weird."
Shoji could move his left arm and left leg, but couldn't even feel his right arm and right leg. He shook the sleepiness out of himself and looked at himself, and what he saw gave him quite a surprise.
"Ah!"
"(snorts) Huh? What happened?"
"Diego, wake up!"
"Why? What's wrong?"
"Look at us!"
Diego rubbed his eyes and when he looked down, he saw that he and Shoji were fused together.
"Whoa!"
"Yeah!"
"How did this happen?"
"I don't know. We were separated when we fell asleep last night, and when I woke up this morning, I saw us already like this."
Diego and Shoji were just clueless at the sight before them. The sumo canine and tiger monk were fused to each other just like Shoji joked about the night before. Diego made up the right side of their single body, and Shoji made up the left side. Shoji's pants covered up their lower body. Their combined bellies made a big one that sat on top of Shoji's pants and reached the ground.
(belly growls)
"Oof. Man, I'm really hungry."
"Same here. As if our appetites weren't big enough before."
(rumbling)
The rumbling made the house shake and Diego and Shoji could feel it.
"Whoa!"
"Was that us?"
"No Shoji. We may be big, but not THAT big."
"So, if not us, then what was it?"
"Don't know. Let's head outside and see."
"Head outside? That may not be as easy as that sounds."
"I know. But if we work together, I know we can do it."
"If you say so."
"Okay then. When I count to three, let's try and stand up together. One, Two, Three!"
Diego and Shoji used their might to stand up, and slowly but surely, they managed to lift their bulky body up and off the couch. They grunted as they managed to lift their belly off the ground, which was giving them the most trouble.
"Okay... now what?" Shoji asked
"Now we make our way to the door. I'll take the first step, then you take the next step."
Diego mustered up his strength to lift his leg. As he did, he could his knee pushing against the massive bulk that was blocking his leg. He could feel the squishy feeling that his knee was creating, and when he finally let gravity do its job, the stomp he made cause the mountain of heft in front to shake.
"Phew. This is gonna be tough."
"Agreed."
Shoji took the next step, and it was just as hard as it was for Diego. Eventually, they managed to reach the door. Once they stepped out, they looked around but didn't see anything that caused the tremor from earlier.
"I don't see anything. Do you?"
"Nope."
"That what-"
(faint roaring)
(rumbling)
"Whoa! There it is again."
"You heard that sound?"
"Yeah. It sounded like a roar."
"It sounded like it came from that direction." Diego said.
"Then let's go check it out."
Diego and Shoji stomped their way out of the neighborhood, and into the nearby forest. As they explored deeper into the forest...
(belly rumbling)
"Oh man, now I'm really hungry."
"Me too."
"We should've eaten first before leaving."
(belly rumbling more loudly)
(groans of discomfort)
"So... hungry..."
"I'm feeling... weak."
Diego and Shoji started slowing down and then they collapsed, back on the ground, belly facing to the sky.
"I can't... move like this."
(belly rumbling loudly)
THUD! THUD!
"What's going on?"
The tremors started getting bigger and bigger until Shoji could see something past the tree. It was massive, possibly taller than a skyscraper. It was also white and had what looked like wings on it. The part that really stood out, however, was how it looked like it had a big bulge to it somewhere in its middle. It was heading in one direction, but then it stopped. It then started pushing past the trees and coming to them.
"Hey Diego... Something's coming."
"What?"
The thing came towering over them, but the sunlight made it hard to see.
"Raaaaaaaw?"
"Could it be... the great dragon?"
"Raaaaaaaw."
(belly rumbles)
"So... hungry..."
The next thing they knew, they felt themselves being lifted up and placed against his body.
"Huh?"
"What's going on?"
They saw that it was the great white dragon, and he was taking them somewhere. They had no idea where they were going though, so all they could do was watch. Eventually, they saw a cave that was as big as he was. They were heading inside his home and they saw lots of hay on the ground. There was also a gigantic amount of food piled up as well.
"Is this his home?"
"Gotta be."
They were brought over to the food and the dragon set them down. He then grabbed some food and held it in front of the guys.
"He's feeding us."
"No argument from me."
Diego was quick to grab some food and stuff himself. Shoji did the same thing to satisfy himself as well. With the two of them eating, their appetite filled up in no time.
(groans in satisfaction)
"That felt good. Now I'm not hungry."
"Agreed. To think the great dragon is real."
"Raaaaaw." He said with joy.
"Yeah. I wonder if he's any good at sumo wrestling, since he's a big boy like us." Diego said and patted their belly.
"Hey, that tickles."
"(chuckles)"
"In any case, we couldn't have a sumo match with him. He's way too big for us."
"Raaaaaaaw."
The great white dragon went to the food and dug out a special type of food which was red and shaped similarly to him. He got two pieces and came back to Diego and Shoji. He held the pieces in front of them, and they picked them up.
"You want us to eat this?"
"Raaaaaaw." He roared in agreement.
"Think we can trust him?" Diego said
"Don't know, but he was nice enough to feed us when we were hungry. I say we give him a chance and try it."
So Shoji ate his piece and Diego did shortly after. At first, nothing happened. But then, they felt something.
(belly rumbling)
"Whoa. This feels..."
"What's going on in there?"
They looked and saw their belly glowing, and felt it shaking. Then, they felt themselves getting heavier and heavier.
"What's happening?"
Then, before they knew it, Diego and Shoji started growing in size. They got taller and bigger, their belly grew larger and larger. Soon, they were the same size as the great white dragon.
"Whoa!" They said together, and their voices were deeper too.
"Deep voice."
"(deep chuckles) Yeah. I wonder..."
Diego grabbed their belly and tried to lift it up.
"A little help, if you please?"
"(sighs)"
Shoji helped out and once they lifted it up, they dropped it down and the THUD that followed made a small earthquake.
"(deep chuckles) We can create earthquakes with our weight now."
"You sure are taking this in stride, aren't you?"
"I'm not ashamed of throwing my weight around. You shouldn't be either, buddy."
"Raaaaaaaaaw." The dragon roared and walked outside. It waved to say 'Follow me' and when both giants got outside, the dragon made a ring by sweeping his tail around in a big circle. He then got to one side and turned to face them. He then stood on two feet and lifted one foot into the air. He delivered a mighty STOMP which shook the ground and even made Diego and Shoji wobble. He did it again and made them fall to the ground.
"Whoa!"
"So he can sumo wrestle, then. This just got a lot more fun."
So they got back up as best they could, and made their way to the ring. They did the stomps and crouched down. A moment passed, and the two giants threw themselves at each other with a heavy sounding THUD!
"(grunting)"
"Raaaaaaaw!"
They were pushing against each other with all their might, and they were on even footing.
"This guy's good." Diego said
"Heavier than we thought, too."
Soon, the dragon managed to get them off balance by sidestepping and using their momentum to his advantage. However, they managed to catch themselves a couple seconds afterward.
"Whoa! That was close."
"Slick move there."
Diego and Shoji ran up to him and crashed into him again. They started pushing against each other once more, and Diego and Shoji managed to push him closer to the edge. However, once he was close, he managed to get one hand behind the fused canine and feline and pushed them. They couldn't keep their balance and they fell outside the ring.
"Oof!"
"Gah!"
"Aw, we lost." Diego complained
"Raaaaaaaaaw!" The dragon roared in victory and raised his paws up high.
"Hey, if you're done celebrating, can you help us up?" Diego said and held up a hand. The dragon walked over, looked at it, and shook his head 'no'.
"What?!"
"Why not? We can't get up with all this bulk weighing us down."
The dragon gave them a mischievous smile, and then walked back a few feet. He then stomped on the ground, which made Diego and Shoji bounce, and then he ran to them. He jumped up into the air and they watched in horror as the great white dragon came crashing down and belly-flopped on them with a loud THUD that could be heard anywhere. The impact was so heavy and hard, cracks formed under them.
Both: (groans in pain)
(laughing)
"Yeah, yeah. Laugh it up." Diego winced
For him, the fun was only getting started as he back up to create enough distance, and stomped again.
"Not again."
He then ran jumped into the air again.
Diego: "Oh..."
Shoji: "No..."
THUD!
The air rushed out of Diego and Shoji as they simply laid there in defeat.
(laughing)
"Not... fair"
"Yeah..."
Even though they simply laid there, the dragon grabbed them by the arms and dragged them back to its cave. He then laid them on the hay bed to rest. He then laid down next to them.
"Thanks..." Shoji said weakly
"Yeah. But just know, I still want a rematch."
The dragon laughed at that remark, but knew he was serious. In any case, the three of them laid there and they eventually fell asleep one by one. Shoji was the last to fall asleep, and he started thinking back to everything that happened. Waking up fused together, finding the dragon, growing giant, and having a sumo battle with him. He never knew the day would turn out like this.
Later...
"Shoji... Shoji!"
He opened his eyes to see that he was back in the house again. Diego was standing in front of him and they were separated. There was also daylight outside as well.
"Diego?"
"Wake up buddy! It's daytime."
"Really? Did anything happen?"
"Nothing that I know of."
"Nothing? Not even with us and the dragon?"
"Dragon? What dragon?"
"The great white dragon."
"Really? You still sleepy?"
"I'm serious."
Shoji then explained to Diego what he dreamed about.
"Huh. That was quite a dream you had."
"A dream? Was that all that it was?"
"Yeah. We're not fused, as you can see."
"But what about the cave outside the neighborhood?"
"It's there, but there's nothing there."
"I want to see for myself."
"Seriously?"
"Yeah."
So the duo went out to where the cave was, and even though the cave was real, the dragon wasn't there.
"See? No dragon."
"Aww." He said dejectedly
"Don't be sad, buddy."
"I was really hoping the dragon would be real."
"Ah, don't beat yourself up." He said and gave Shoji a pat on the back. "No matter what, I'm here with you. I'm real, at least."
"Heh."
Then they started to head back to town. Eventually, they were too far away to hear the thudding footsteps of the great white dragon as he came out of the woods. He saw the duo walking away and smiled.
