one day I kept rolling an idea in my head about a magic raptor that granted wishes, and then this thing came about.

These are zoobafoos. They feed off the desires of animals and can hear their wishes, and sometimes grants them. They're supposed to just be several animals mashed into one, but I usually just imagine them with an ostrich-like body. The giraffe ostrich thing , Napenda (who's name literally means "I wish") is one of the more fabled ones. She roams the plains at dusk and occasionally presents herself to an animal that has been wishing for something and grants it. Sometimes those wishes involve... mating... much to her annoyance (it's usually alphas because they're full of themselves like that)
