I had the sneaking suspicion that I'd unwittingly been fostering a delicious pasta sauce in training for some weeks now. My dad saw it yesterday and that was the first thing on his mind. Two of you guys on here posited the same last night. Then I shot a pic of it to my mom and she confirmed it. Tomato all up in this bitch. Plus I rubbed it and now my hand has the unmistakable smell of tomätchen stalk. Now I need to find a bigger container to move it to once I thin out the clovers.

I'm still confused as to how it's growing bigger and faster than a bunch of wild clovers and mallows. I just hope it isn't one of those wet-cardboard-tasting greenhouse-dwelling Monsanto-designed ones. Heirloom/organic varieties tend to taste way better. Burpee's taste like burps.

So yeah. I guess you can consider this my first Veg-E-Garden update of the new decade.
