Samuel Drake es el más reciente portador del ónix, convirtiéndose así en el último de una larga lista de guardianes, asumiendo la identidad del héroe no registrado conocido como Viridian.
Cada guardián recibe poderes cósmicos que puede manejar usando su imaginación y voluntad, pero también una advertencia, puesto que cada uno tiene un destino que tarde o temprano deberá cumplir. Triunfe o falle en su misión minal, su esencia vital será consumida y transmitida al siguiente guardián
Aunque Samuel esta consiente de su destino el seguirá luchado para demostrar que este no está escrito en piedra mientras tiene que coordinar sus labores como guardián y su vida de estudiantes enfrentándose a peligros y enemigos dispuestos a ponerlo al limite
Aunque sus poderes aún se están desarrollando el aura verde del ónix le permite entre otras cosas volar crear diferentes tipos de escudos y proyectar energía de variada intensidad
Otro que tiene su actualización, un rediseño y upgrade de armadura listo para debutar en su historia muy pronto

Samuel Drake is the most recent bearer of the onyx, thus becoming the last of a long list of guardians, assuming the identity of the unregistered hero known as Viridian.
Each guardian receives cosmic powers that he or she can handle using his/her imagination and will, but also a warning, since each one has a destiny that sooner or later they must fulfill. Succeed or fail in the final mission, the guardian vital essence will be consumed and transmitted to the next guardian
Although Samuel is aware of his destiny he will continue to fight to show that fathe is not written in stone while he has to coordinate his work as a guardian and his student life facing dangers and enemies willing to put it to the limit
Although his powers are still developing the green aura of the onyx allows him among other things to fly ,create different types of shields and project energy of varied intensity
