This commission was an experiment.
My friend
asked me to draw over a photo of himself while in a UV light room!
I tried some new things with Procreate and tried my best to make the glowing effect of the UV paint.
I'm not very satisfied of it tho, I would appreciate tips and suggestions to get better!
