I made this today for belt I will hang around my hips, basically acting like a utility belt of sorts. It's a bit thin, but everything that's being held on it doesn't have a very large loop.
The whole of 2 pieces here to make this was made from one length of scrap mild steel round stock I had found. the round stock was 1/2 an inch thick and I drew out the stock into a thinner rod to make this.
