Decided to do some fan art of one of my favorite Zelda games, Twilight Princess. This took far longer than I thought it should mostly because I still suck at shading and I was trying to get the over all feel of the game right. Not sure I was able to get either right, but I like it. And I wanted to practice more humanoid faces so I figured what better way than Link? I tried to get as much detail in as I could. I has so much trouble getting the shadows on the grass right. I used a reference for the pose. It was also my first time drawing chain mail so I’m not sure it turned out all that well. I’m not good a drawing armor yet.
My idea for this was a boboklin was trying to sneak up on the Hero and got caught instead.
