(This is just the first sketch, I'll work out a more detailed one later.)
It would be ridiculous for me not to include Ushi as one of the characters in my TF series. He's mah *boo*. So! This is the 2010 redesign sketch/doodle/concept of Ushi. I made him older, and gave him that little patch of fur on his nose. His mouth is a bit more wider and sharper than before, and has a slight curvature that hints at otter!mouth. This is just the first sketch, I'll work out a more detailed one later. I'm not entirely too happy with his torso, it's not as long and sleek as I want it to be, and his spine is too stiff, it has too much of a human curve to it where I want it to be more liquid. I think what happened here is that I was too focused on giving him an appealing masculine shape and forgot about working in more animal-like characteristics to it.
He still retains his fundonshi, and while they aren't shown in this particular sketch, he will still have his happi coat, sugegasa, and sake jug.
HOKAY. Sorry, these comments are probably going to be a bit long, they're both working notes for myself and explanations for everyone. :P
