Things will start to get easier from here on out, given that as Zelda shrinks, more of her outfit will be hidden under its own folds and the perspective on the background will be closer to the ground and thus not require so much detail. And thank goodness for that. I did not intend to shade this originally, but once I started adding little details, I just needed more and more to make it not look weird and flat. Oh, well.

So, in this part, Zelda stumbles to get away from the Arcane Toad's poisonous breath. The purple cloud clings to her, as if drawn to her skin by some kind of magnetic force. As she tries to flee from the choking, eye-stinging gas, she doesn't even notice the changes starting to come over her. She dismisses the shrinkage as just her stumbling over her own dress in her desperate flight to escape. Even if she did notice, there's nothing she can do about it now. The Arcane Toad's poison is already seeping through her skin and slipping into her blood.
