Jumbo Horse Transport
Nothing too detailed here, but it's a tribute to KLM's 747-400 fleet, especially the "combi" variants where the rear of the aircraft is can easily be made into extra cargo space behind the passengers. Here, I made heads of horses stick out in the rear to represent horse transport KLM did out of Amsterdam to different places in special livestock containers and taken care of by a horse attendant onboard.
