Eh, those give stereotypical names like Talonfang or random syllables.

Silent Hill monsters tend to be named after objects. Examples: Pyramid Head, the Sepulcher, Double Head, Nurse, Mannequin, etc etc.

Hmm... could call it "Anchor" cos of the anchor sticking through it, or maybe "The Na'vi" cos of the na'vi-esque tail

The thing is, though, it's supposed to be a really big meathook, not an anchor. And "The Butcher" is already taken.
