Drax 'Vadam, one of many sons of Thel 'Vadam, has traveled to the Mass Effect universe with a small fleet of ships and an army to hunt flood that have escaped. Fate places him responsible for diplomacy with Mass Effects aliens, particularly the small colony of turians they stumbled upon. He saved little Nisia from a flood infested settlement, but was forced to kill her infected father to spare her.

Nisia; still shaken, scared, and now alone in a strange place, around strange giant aliens, and turians she doesn't know... refuses to let go of Drax's chest plate. Fortunately Drax has a soft spot for children, so he carries her around with him until her shock subsides and she can be placed with the other turian survivors that were evacuated from the surface. But she leaves a lasting impression on him, and as fate decides, his strange connection with her is what will bring her lonely mother and an equally lonely Drax together.


Also I made an oopsies, Drax is 36 in Sangheili years which are about 1.6 years compared to Human years. So in human/turian years he's like 57.
