It would be considered a recurve. A long bow or sometimes called an english long bow is just a stick with one curve. But as you can see the bow here bends one way and then back the oposite. So it's called a recurve. A compound bow is one that utilizing a pulley system to maximize the power and minimize the strength it takes to pull it back.
