It certainly can. Not accepting commissions at the moment, though I'm considering it. I work too much to produce these things reliably.

what sort of oil did you use?

Thank you. It was just artist's oil paint. I used a commercial drying medium instead of my regular medium to speed up dry times, but I can't remember the brand. My oils themselves are over 10 years old and I think some of the brands don't even exist anymore.
