So the backstory, and a rather short one.
Evelyn Wynters is actually the result of an experiment born from one of Garrus Wynter's ( https://www.furaffinity.net/view/34887493/ ) more perverted fantasies. An average rental mom with a natural affinity of being a mother to any and all despite the age.
