A rough draft of an old PCA character, the villainous Antoine de Passe. Man, I miss writing this guy. Sure, he was evil incarnate, but the *fun* kind of evil incarnate. He can generously be described as a younger, more influential Mr. Burns with a flair for the dramatic and a bit of an accidental alcohol problem, since I always seemed to be writing him drinking a glass of wine in every scene.

Antoine is the founder and CEO of "De Passe Innovations", a company that seems to have a finger in every pie from technology, to medicine, to agriculture, to the military. If it exists, you can bet that DPI is somehow involved, either directly or through a shell corporation. Antoine is a man who likes to have control of every situation, and just so happens to have the money, connections, and power (sometimes supernatural) to do so.

Do not get on his bad side.
