thanks! the original idea was to have a wolf int he background and someone running out of the trees, but i like this version, more like how i see and hear the trees anyways. like waves crashing is the sound, and visual of trees. XD

Dilly, I think that's gorgeous. I love the dithered effect as the leavelets fade towards to BG. The color scheme is just wonderful. Those shades of blue give it a very peacful night time feel without it being too dark or heavy. All it needs is a fearie! =}

*laughs* there was suppose to be a wolf, and little red riding hood for contrast sake. But i liked it like this, Looks like trees, and if it had a sound, it would sound like the ocean, As the tops of the trees reminded me of that when i was done.

Yeah! That's exactly the feel I go too, nice crashy oceans waves, but in a soft kinda way. And yeah, this peice stands very strongly on its own. You don't anythign else it it.
