In the DBZ Worlds MOO, Gemgat recieved 3 other sequentially more powerful forms as a mutant. These are my form creations for him.

Anklius didn't have much in the way of energy attacks, but his skin was armor plated and he had ridiculous physical strength.

Raptor was completely feral. It hunted like a predator, had formidable ki skill and ability and could manipulate its physical structure to phase through solid matter. This form has four regular limbs, and more claw-like hands.

Seraph was pretty much driven completely by Gemgats subconscious. His body was reflective, like the Silver Surfers, and in addition to four regular limbs he had four wing like 'arms' that came out of his back and produced feathers of energy. His hair is a mane of metallic quills, like a porcupine. This is Gemgats final and overall most powerful form (if you didn't get that from the whole 'Seraph' deal ;3)

If I had to make a choice, I'd say Gemgat's mostly along the lines of 'Dinosaur anthro', but he really doesn't have any known species classification.
