... The first lights of the sun started piercing through the Lodge's glass decor as the morning dawned on them.
Opening his eyes, the large male yawned and turned on his side, only to notice Velora still asleep, her back facing him. Turning his whole frame, Alarus snuck in closer to her and placed one of those large claws of his onto her side, at which the small female's own claw slipped onto his, gently grabbing on it while their tails intertwined with one another.
"Did I wake you up?" he asked.
No reply came from her, and as a sign of affection, Alarus bumpted that large, scarred muzzle of his against her neck in a light sniff of her pleasant smell, only to leave said snout on her neck, listening to her breath, and watching over the sleeping Charr, making sure she feels safe, even if asleep...A little something for an absolutely amazing friend of mine, who deserves whole heartedly to be spoiled with all the goodies.
