The mayor might have told Isabelle that he wouldn't mind getting turned into underwear... he probably should have specified that he wanted to be HER underwear... maybe then he wouldn't be stuck holding her brother's morning boners... But Digby seems pretty comfortable with the mayor's new position, so he probably isn't going to be out of that situation any time soon
