Well, as Kathy explained not long after her first appearance, it isn't a "speech impediment", she broke her jaw a long time ago and it wasn't set properly causing a jaw misalignment preventing her from pronouncing certain sounds properly. However, her unibrow does seem to indicate low intelligence according to some "scientists".
Vyschuss is a lot like Drax the Destoyer, she is very literal, and has few, if any, filters. She blurts out what she thinks in plain language. To a skilled obfuscator like Jinjur, that makes Vyschuss stupid. Why Jinjur trusts her to deal with the lions is a mystery to me. You'd think she'd be afraid of Vyschuss telling them about their plans, right?
Notice it's the "two sugars" that makes the order incorrect...I don't go to Starbucks, so I googled "ridiculous Starbucks order" and this is what came up. Originally, I was just going to have her say ""--I SAID TWO SUGARS!" but then the thought of lowbrow Vyschuss ordering some froufrou coffee bar drink struck me as hilarious.
