good evening, it seems i have finished this one. as i am sure you can see, i took your advice and gave her blonde hair and a white dress. unfortunately, that meant there was way too much white, so i gave he some blue in the background, and some blue reflection on her dress.
i think i am getting a little less timid with depth of colour. i need to remember that up close it looks very diffrent than it will as a final piece. which i hope will be more easy than it was in the past.
also, speaking of the past. i am thinking about returning to the eyes i use to create in the past. i do so miss them.
this is a multi-media piece created from tria marker, prismacolor pencil, and micron pen, on 9"x12" bristol board. i did use some reference when i was sketching the pose. obviously this is an iconic poser made famous by marilyn monroe.

I absolutely love her eyes. The vivid blue looks very pretty against the muted red of her fur. And they have so much life in them, too. Her whole expression is cute, but it's really her eyes that make it work.
I also like that she has a certain, slight chunkiness, for lack of a better word, to her. Just as Marilyn herself did. One thing I've always liked about Marilyn Monroe is that she looked like a real person, instead of some stick figure model, and it's great to see that you preserved this with your vixen.
All in all, you did a fantastic job!

I think she turned out great =)
The blue background was a very nice touch. Looks sort of like a window... Maybe she's dancing inside somewhere?
I also really admire her hair! I'm not usually into blonde girls, but I think you've changed my sight on that =D
Oh and by the way, you've tagged her as "Wolf" instead of Fox on species, just thought I'd let you know ^^
