One year I took my MC-505 to Anime Central. There in the hotel room on my off time (I was staffing), I was noodling around and came up with the core chords for this song. Once I got back home, I developed it into what it is now. I still think this is my favorite bassline, as far as how natural it sounds.

Originally, the title was going to be 'Chicago Metro Transit', but due to the space limitations for the title in the 505, I called it 'ChiMetro Transit'. I found I liked the shortened title better (kinda rolls off the tongue) and decided to keep it.
