Yeeeesss! I also main switchaxe. I went into MHW starting out the beginning with heavy bowgun as a challenge and beat nerdgigante with it, then as soon as I went to switchaxe I was able to fight a wholelot better. just raw power and constant attacking is to love. Back in MH4U I was able to pull off (with an awesome relic weapon stat roll) getting over 2000 attack with 415 element on a switchaxe.
