Rinako is one of six members of the Praxic Blades - a bounty hunter group.
She is a Medicham with strong Bisharp genes, said genetics being notably obvious due to her higher stature and various pieces of natural armor and weapons on her body. Rinako is a very observant individual, often constantly surveying her surroundings. She is known to be somewhat serious, preferring to stay out of the constant shenanigans of her other teammates. Despite this she's often dragged into them against her will, and the constant jokes that Rodrigo tells her often makes her roll her eyes. Despite this she is a somewhat mischievous and playful individual at heart, however rarely does this side ever get seen - Rodrigo being the only individual who can get her to tell a few bad jokes, mostly as a way for her to get back at him.

I have a very soft spot for Pokemon fusions/hybrids, especially when the fusion is designed to best represent a character (or simply just for how the design turns out). And I can agree that this one represents Kaguro perfectly, ShadowScarKnight did an amazing job~
