Dycae Brask - who also goes strictly by the 'title' of Shadowjack - is a lone wolf bounty hunter, hunting down wanted targets alone.

He is Scrafty with incredibly strong Samurott genes. His mother is a Scrafty and his father is a Samurott, and out of all of his siblings he is the only one to have such a strong mix of both parents.

Dycae is known to be an extreme charmer, often flirting and hitting on those that he deems attractive. He is known to be very smooth with his words, but also can be a jokester. He is an incredibly confident individual, knowing full well of his capabilities and how to efficiently utilize him. To him, first impressions mean everything. If Dycae ends up disliking someone on the first encounter, then it's highly likely that he'll forever want nothing to do with an individual. Although his pride never gets in the way of his work, in social interactions he'll never back down from his thoughts if he were to start butting heads with others.

He is a very precise fighter, utilizing his Seammitar daggers to their utmost efficiency. He fights by using evasive movements to avoid attacks and slip into his opponent's blind spots, taking full advantage of his dexterous body. He is capable of using a unique method of Thunder Punch to channel electricity into this Seammitars, causing them to electrocute and possibly even stun his opponents with a single cut.

Although Dycae has hunted down many criminals, the main individual he's completely devoted to killing is the infamous serial killer Shiki, the Rhapsodist. The reason for this unusual dedication is unknown to many individuals, however for Dycae? It is because of extreme guilt of accidentally letting a child wander off when they shouldn't, only for said child to be murdered by Shiki. Dycae swears that he will never rest until that 'masked bastard' is dead.
