I'm an ex-professional hardcore wrestler and I've had a few encounters with a cheese grater what we used to do is take the cheese grater and grind it across the forehead of our opponents making them bleed and looking back at it never got old hearing the fans scream in terror at a simple kitchen tool and let me tell you taking a cheese grater up the "you know what" absolutely pales in comparison to having it grinding against your head.
(replying from the new account since the old one stopped working) If you thought that was crazy that's just one item we would use here's a few other stuff

Thumbtacks
Light tubes
Trash cans
even stuff like
Cactus
Staple guns
Beds of nails
Paper (to give papercuts)
And even pizza cutters (I'm not kidding).
I also was set on fire not once but TWICE!! God knows how I'm still alive
