A little update, y'all don't worry it's not that bad it seems, probably still hurts because it's fresh but I'm getting the cast off in 2 weeks and the crutches aren't a necessity, so yeah I'll be fine. Just need to keep it from happening again.
So yeaaaah I had fun on my trip, mostly skiing, glad I got to experience winter (there's no snow here anymore, which is sad because I love winter)
Though as you can clearly see stuff happened ^^; when I was skiing one evening I was coming out of a narrow pass and couldn't lose the speed, theeen tried turning but my right ski didn't, popping my kneecap out of place. The pain was pretty bad even if it's not that serious (or so I was told) But thank God I didn't get anything from the cold, it took over 30 minutes to get help (my dad told me, everything's kind of a blur). So I laid screaming in the snow for a bit until a paramedic in a snowmobile came, then waited for the ambulance to get painkillers injected, warm up and then to the hospital to get fixed up and get a cast.
Though later my dad looked it up and turns out the paramedic could've put the kneecap back in place by just straightening out my leg (it would save me a lot of suffering..) But perhaps the place couldn't afford someone with better qualifications? I dunno.
I'm sad and angry that the first cast I get is caused by skiing, I've been skiing for a couple seasons now too and never got injured before. And I feel like so much of a bother and I'm wasting everyone's time because I can't do shit normally, even walking with crutches is really hard and I need to attend school. I have no idea how I'm gonna do that with the amount of walking and stairs at my school, considering that I'm only able to go short distances before needing a break. I'm taking tomorrow off to go for a check up at the local hospital, but I have no idea how to make this work, I can't miss classes and there's a lot of tests coming up.
Anyway sorry for wasting your time with my dumb story of an injury that probably isn't even that serious. 2020 is going just great so far, I hope it's better for you all because the list of problems and things on my mind so far just keeps getting worse and out of hand.
Also I did the sketch and lineart on my phone while coming back home, I have no idea how the hell I drew on my phone for about 3 years straight before getting a tablet.
