Meet Tock the Drakloak.
Tock is a genuentely kind pokemon with everyone. He doesn't like being under the spotlight and mostly stay quite and passive because he is not a great fighter. He's also very bashful and never shows himself without a lot of clothes on. His eyes are very poor, he cannot see very far without his glasses.
He likes geeky stuff like video games, sci-fi and fantaisy movies,... which is the reason why him and East met. They both have a crush on each other but they mistake it for friendship since they don't understand their feeling.

Since i didn't know what to do with East, i thought he needed a bond with a new character. And it could be intesresting to develop him as homosexual.
Because the 8th gen has this really good looking dragon that i love, i created Tock has a Drakloak so he could become a Dragapult later at his adult ages.
