Slight and limited forms of teleportation as well as telepathy has been used so far. He's got a few hidden up his sleeve due to them being bestowed by the one he works for, which comes at a price that seems worse than any sort of withdraw from other substances.

Had almost forgotten that he is also a multi-were, which are what Nekarii are.

Now that's interesting. What differentiates the multi-were from a polymorph? Visual change?

He's only able to change into a certain form due to lunar phase (there are three moons that orbit his world) or in some extreme cases there is emotional changes. To be able to tell a Nekarii, one would have to look for the cresent moon upon them.

Ravi was born as a taur, or Nekarii-arut; his twin was born bipedal also Nekarii.

Other forms are:
Neka - A large non-anthro (often felinoid) beast.
Karii - the size of a neko, though bipedal even if it is driven on instinct.
Drak - bigger and nastier than the neko and karii combined. Not many nekarii get this form.
Terlif - Fuzzy elf, the most vulnerable form, they are more humanoid with a slight bit of peachfuzz upon them. Once in a while one is seen with a tail.
Arut - the taur form.
Slenn - a "naga" form.

Oooh. Now that's an interesting array of forms. I'm really intrigued as to whether you plan on drawing them all.

I've drawn a few of them, lost them somewhere in my older sketchbooks, though I'll most likely draw them again.

Ravi does tend to be a bit sad looking, he is attempting to get back to a former self of his, though working for one that is considered a villian can be a bit trying.
