I'm starting to get use to this waiter work, I've had to do it, pretty much all week. I still am shaky and have had times where my mind and memories blacks out, but I still get the job done and I try to be as pleasant as possible.
I've also got my menu in so I now have a set of food I MUST follow for my Five Course in April. I feel confidant about it, but that's because the event isn't happening. Hopefully I got my math right and it works out how I hope it will. I've got fears and hopes.
