You see, Moogles are from Final Fantasy. The Vulpera are from World of Warcraft. Erakir doesn't know how this magic system works quite yet despite being level 19. Call him an idiot savant, or just chalk it up to similar game mechanics.
Either way, Khloe's a fiesty little shaman with one goal in mine. Make a totem. One of her tutorial quests shouldn't stop her in her tracks. Luckily, shaman's aren't goody-two-shoes like clerics, they can be all schemey.
