Hey look here's both a bit of self indulgence and some really, REALLY depressing character development 👍
Y'all know how much I love my convoluted and angsty storylines, and you know my love for the Mafia/Shadow Demon AU Mashup
So have both.
The new 'development' actually doesn't have to do with Mica this time- It's Boris. And it's not a good one. At all. I won't say here, but the poor guy has a bit going against him in early life, specifically in the Mafia AU before he met Silver. He doesn't realize how it affected him until later in the Mafia AU, but for the mashup, his new demon friend knows immediately- she just chooses not to bring it up immediately.
Anyway.
The fucked up thing isn't completely what happened, it was that he didn't realize it until it was damn near spelled out for him.
Now, it doesn't really effect him much in the eyes of everyone else around him. He makes damn sure not to let that happen because he knows what'll happen to him if he seems at all unstable. But he does close himself off slightly until he manages to fully accept it.
The same thing doesn't happen in other AUs/Timelines, but similar circumstances do occur.
Needless to say, he and Mica are a bit more similar in history than either of them thought, especially in the Mafia AU.
And it's all been part of the story already. I just didn't think about it until now. It's currently being fleshed out a bit between me and the friend who I'm collabing on the AU with- unfortunately, don't expect to much on this specific subject. :'D I'm just gonna stick with the normal angst, silliness and danger as usual. But I'm also stuck on the Mafia AU due to said character development so there's probably alot more stupid meme stuff coming too just to lighten the mood :'D
