Miira pats her belly, filling the room with an audible GLUNK noise as it wobbles, "Aww, da kid looks all 'ungry, does she wan' some milk?"
One look at Miira's bloated udder and Bixxti just looks uncomfortable, "Uhhhhh, Miira? Aren't you a little full for that? You'll probably hurt her, and Bixxti doesn't wanna wake her anyway."
Miira's belly gurgles and grows another inch, "please?"
Bixxti shakes her head no, and Miira looks a little sad, turning around and wobbling her way out of the room
The kid yawns, mumbles something, and falls back asleep, totally unaware that Bixxti probably just saved her from exploding.
(As of the time I'm posting this, there's a poll in my journal for deciding the Bori kid's name. Side note: she's almost complete, I just need to doodle a couple more faces and she'll be ready to help out with pumping other hybrids up and generally being cute.)

The OG Onney definitely wouldn't babysit kids, that's for sure, and shouldn't be trusted with them either.
I'll have to write up a full lore dump eventually just to recap people on what the overarching lore is, though I guess it's not THAT important to keep up to date on the backstory.
Anyway, if you're asking about the kid Hybrids, out of about 1000 Hybrids made, I'd say somewhere between 10-20 were intentionally skipped in the rapid aging process of their creation, leaving them as kids instead of mentally and physically boosting them to being adults like everyone else.
Lyyona (and sometimes Dettna) watches the kids as their unofficial mom.
That said, one by one they're either aging naturally or they get some odd growth spurt for one reason or another and they're slowly all becoming adults. Bixxti and Banna here in this pic are both adults in all my updated content, for example.

Yeah, but that's pretty out of date, I really gotta get around to wiping the old lore dumps or putting big disclaimers on them for being old.
