1) We see Val working out so much, but she only gets bigger 👀
2) I guess it all depends on what your personal stuff is, but finding something new to get into is the best way to kick off inspiration for me, change the pace and switch things up a lil. Otherwise if you just gotta take a break, that helps too 🤙
