I have been DMing 5th edition DnD for a bit now, so for some fun I stated out Mystical as a cr 17 Dragon, ended up enjoying it so much I commissioned 
halybs to make it into a full art and composition with the stats!
And wow did it turn out fantastically! halybs did just a wonderful job and was amazing to work with to get everything just how I wanted it.
I want to eventually have a second page that's the lore and behavior of Mystical, but that's for another time! If you do want to use him in your campaign I can send you the draft of the other info, he is cr 17 though so be careful to balance your encounter if you have a evil party that's out slaying dragons!
