Behold! My Monster sona! A creature called a Draquin that I have named Skittle (don't ask me the reason because I really don't know). I just looked at him and that's the name that came to my mind. So that's the name. LOL I decided to design this thing based on eldritch horror because that's my ULTIMATE jam session.

I suppose finally giving myself a real monster sona only now is because even though monsters have always been a HUGE part of my life, I don't share as much of them here on DA as I would actually like to. I guess I was more or less subconsciously afraid to do so. Fear of judgement and all that but as life goes on I get more and more of a "Who cares what they think?" style of attitude. Not to mention I look at awesome works by other who love monsters the way I do. So needless to say I have a lot more courage about this subject than I used to.

Can I make my own Draquin?
I feel like I'm gonna get this question so I will answer it now. YES! Draquin's are an open species. Just keep in mind a few details.

They always have long ears although they can be any shape.

They always have a tuft of hair on their head and tail tip that can be any color but, must both be the same color. They can be straight or curly and as long as you want.

They must have multiple sets of pupilless eyes. Now you can make them with 4 instead of 6 if you like but no less. The eyes may also be any color that you would like them to be. However, all eyes must be of the same color. Heterochromia does not exist in these guys.

Their skin doesn't have to be black but MUST be a greyed out darker version of the color you choose. NO PRINTS! Their skin does not have anything but a plain surface. However, a lighter shade of color can be shown on the belly of the creature ONLY and must be a lighter version of the main color.

Hooves don't have to be cloven. They can be normal horse hooves or even deer or goat hooves if you like. They must be the same color as the skin, however.

I designed these things to be more or less Intersex or gender-ambiguous honestly. They don't have breasts at all or nipples or bellybuttons. They are more similar to reptiles as far as construction goes. They all have both sets of genitals but those are inside of them and they lay eggs. However, they are a warm-blooded species so they don't have the drawbacks that reptiles have. Yet they prefer dark and damp places like caves and such.

They have no real continuous temperament amongst the species as a whole. Each is an individual more or less. Some are more social than others. However, this social behavior is generally with their own kind as most are seen to have a great deal bit of aggression with other species in general. They all are purely carnivorous as well.
