" Once again, we go after Star Trek the Original Series specifically though the infamous episode, Spock’s Brain. If you haven’t seen it, I recommend it, but basically it is about women who have become so dumb that they don’t even understand what a brain is. Also, Spock somehow becomes a cyborg after his brain is stolen and can walk with a TV remote pretty much.

Anyways, the idea is after having to reprise the episode after a billion views, the actors (a bit of their being stuck in internal damnation?) have decided to take a liberty just once, altering Spock’s form to that of a female Vulcan, with that 60’s hair and dressing 'her' as a Eymorg (the ‘alien’ females in the episode). The scene is of Spock, as described, standing up after brain surgery to see his new form. The result is this exchange, lifted from the episode and changed to fit accordingly to the new situation "
