I had previous made a pokesona of an eevee and houndour hybrid. But as you never see hybrids in the games, etc I decided to go more traditional with just a pure houndour. It's an interesting struggle to make a pokemon character that is recognizable as it's species but also unique.

Right now I'm leaning towards realistic rottweiler/doberman colors. Maybe the more reddish version. We'll see once I get to coloring this if that idea stays or not. Along those lines I'm also going with the head-cannon that, like real dobermans, houndours would naturally have long tail and ears but are often cropped. So she's getting natural floppy ears and long whippy tail. ^_^

I'm also thinking of other ways to possibly make her more unique such as what accessories she should have.

Oh, and a name. I suppose she'd need a name, lol.
